Questions tutors ask
Do guardians need to install anything?
No. Guardians never log in and never install an app — they simply receive an SMS or an email.
Can I use it for one-on-one home tuition?
Yes. A student can be added on their own with no batch, and gets exactly the same automatic notices.
What happens when my SMS credits run out?
SMS pauses — no error, no charge — and email notifications keep going if you have them switched on. Top up whenever you like.
Is my students’ data private?
Yes. Every query is filtered by your account, so no other tutor can see your students. Even the platform admin sees only your account and billing — never your students, attendance or marks.
